Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Job Code Reference: APM Job Description (not limited to) : You will facilitate the execution of the responsibilities of one or more Company Project Managers. Specific duties include: - Jobsite materials procurement, purchasing, issuance of material purchase orders
- Cost classification including invoice pre-approval and coding
- Payment application processing
- Equipment location board management
- Preparation of subcontracts
- Labor and equipment time sheet review
- Construction drawing progress maintenance
- Projected cost and budgeted job cost line item variance investigation and analysis
Education Requirements: - Prefer minimum two year technical/engineering degree
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years working for or with construction project managers in an office setting
Special Skills Desired:
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate level
- Microsoft Word - intermediate level
- Microsoft Windows XP - working knowledge
- Proficiency with numeric and alphanumeric keyboards
- Ability to read construction drawings
